These are all amazing improvements but I don't think our current community can execute this.
Most of these suggestions rely on community participation. I don't think our community members use crust products or other blockchain services, enough to actively discuss about it.

Also, I think majority of active members are here for the zealy reward and if we don't have a way to reward their participation in these discussions, this changes won't last either.

Hi AD,
Thank you for the proposal. Many of the community engagement activities you've outlined are indeed valuable and, in fact, already being implemented on Crust's existing Zealy platform. However, some suggestions in this proposal are ideally suited for communities with a high level of dedicated and loyal members—something Crust currently lacks.

Expanding activities across platforms in the current situation poses certain challenges. Without incentives, it’s difficult to attract genuine engagement. With rewards, however, we may end up attracting users solely motivated by the incentives, who may not have a true interest in Crust's long-term vision. Distributing large amounts of tokens as rewards to such users could negatively impact both our community health and token value.

For now, our focus may need to be on building a core, dedicated community before expanding these engagement strategies further. We need new users who are genuinely interested in understanding Crust, rather than just focusing on various activities to engage the community. If there are good ideas related to this, that would be even better. Right now, Crust is collaborating with other projects to introduce Crust to their ecosystems, which will attract the existing users of those projects... For example, partnerships with Algorand and Ton could help draw attention to Crust.
