Due to the stable operation of the Crust Mainnet and Shadow Network, Crust Maxwell has achieved its goal of conducting functional tests. The DCF fundation plans to **permanently suspend the services of the Crust Maxwell's webpage and block explorer on February 4, 2023.**

As there are still a small number of undistributed CRU block rewards remaining in the network, we propose that **these rewards will be distributed among validating nodes that meet the criteria [having been a validator in the past 6 months and a total duration of at least 1 month].**

Crust Maxwell will **take a snapshot at approximately 3:00 pm (UTC+8) on February 3,** at block height 10528500. The **CRU **and **CSM** assets in the accounts corresponding to the snapshot of the network address **will be transferred to the corresponding Crust Mainnet (CRU) and Shadow Network (CSM).** 


**Users need to import their account addresses from Maxwell to Crust Mainnet or Shadow Network, to retrieve the assets in the corresponding address after the snapshot block height.**

1. - Since 'Crust Candy' is a kind of the marketing events Points, users need to complete the exchange of CRU by themselves before the snapshot, otherwise it will not be able to be transferred and exchanged.
2. - If the total assets in your Maxwell account are less than 0.01 CRU, it will not be transferred to the Crust Mainnet.

According to Crust Network economic model, meaningful storage data refers to the corresponding data stored by nodes after users place an order in the storage market. The power generated by this part of data has an additional "α" weight, which encourages nodes to store more meaningful storage data. .
The "α" weight is set in the following table when the main network is started:

After the Crust network is launched, the  "α" coefficient will be halved every year, and it will be adjusted by on-chain governance in the future.
Considering that the recent network situation is affected by the industry, the number of nodes is decreasing. In order to better promote the network and ensure the high-quality service quality of the network, I submitted this proposal to postpone the "α" coefficient halving for one year.

根据Crust 的经济模型设计，有效数据是指用户在存储市场中通过存储订单下单后节点的储存的对应数据，这部分数据产生的算力拥有额外的 α 权重，鼓励节点更多的存储有效数据。
 α 权重在主网启动的时候，如上表的设定：
Crust网络启动后，α系数会每年减半，未来将转交给链上治理的方式调整。
考虑到最近网络的状况受到行业的影响，节点数量在下降，为了更好的推广网络，保证网络的高质量服务质量，这个提案申请将有效数据的α系数减半推迟一年。

The code upgrade includes the sworker register V2 and extends the code expired date. Meanwhile, it will decrease the deposit CRU for preimage. Please check this PR for detail. https://github.com/crustio/crust/pull/898

Mainnet 19 Code Upgrade

The 1GB limitation for Crust Files storage user is very unfriendly. 
Normal films/ office files are over 1GB, suggest to upgrade **the limitation per file up to 3-5GB**, so that more people can use it as a files transfer tool.

I observed the average staking power for the validator has decreased for months. The validator should have enough staking power and keep maintaining the validator node. To keep the stability of the Crust Network and avoid fluctuation, I proposed to decrease the validator counts to 70 first.

Crust Wallet mobile version should go live as soon as possible before end of the year.
Crust mainnet has been online for a year, but there is still no dedicated wallet. The current web version and other wallets are not friendly to new users.
The mobile version will help more people get involved with Crust. 
I believe it will help to grab more people who is not just focus on the Polkadot system.
